Healed with Food

Monday 29th Apr

In 2015 I made a lifestyle change that helped me realize food can heal. I discovered that by properly fueling my body I had increased energy, better mental clarity, improved hormone balance and much more!

Because I've learned how to best fuel my body, I no longer have the urge to binge, I'm off all of the medications that were prescribed to me to manage my auto-immune disease symptoms, my hormones are in balance and I'm eating more calories than I've ever eaten in my entire life. It feels fantastic! Now I want to share this with anyone who wants similar results. That's why I decided to make a career change and become a health wellness coach.
